Exploring Wisdom

Yesterday (Sunday 26 September 2021) we began our exploration of wisdom – that different way of being, knowing and living. May the Spirit continue to reorient and realign our hearts and minds in these weeks. 

Below is a famous quote from the poet Rilke from the collection Letters to a Young Poet. As we long for answers and surety amidst the great uncertainty of our times, may Rilke’s words encourage a disposition of openness, curiosity and comfort with the pilgrimage of the Christian life.

Fund-raising High Tea on Wednesday 20 Oct 2021

The volunteer crew at UnitingCare Glenelg is putting on a High Tea to raise funds for St Andrew’s community programs.

To be held in the Church Hall on Wednesday 20 October, guests will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne before a high tea spread of savoury and sweet items featuring seasonal local produce. In between courses, guests will be treated to musical entertainment and a fashion show.
